Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. I ship fine art photographs to collectors around the world by Czech Post or DHL. Please allow approximately 4 working days for professional printing, inspection, signing and preparation before dispatch. Shipping then takes approximately 10 days, depending on the destination. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
How is the photograph packaged?
Every print is carefully rolled, protected with archival tissue and placed inside a strong rigid shipping tube. The Certificate of Authenticity is packed separately and securely. This packaging is designed to protect the artwork from bending, moisture and damage during international transport.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return the photograph within 14 days of delivery. Before sending it back, you must inform me through the contact form at janmaghreb.org/contact. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and protective packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded within 3 days.
What if the artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me through the contact form within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged artwork and its packaging. After verification, I will arrange either a replacement print at no additional cost or a full refund.
Are the photographs framed?
No. All photographs are supplied unframed. This allows you to choose a frame, mounting method and glass that suit your interior, local framing standards and personal taste.
Is there extra space for framing?
Yes. I add a 2 cm white border around the image area. This additional margin gives your framer space to handle and mount the photograph without covering the artwork itself.
What material do you print on?
Every photograph is printed exclusively on Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta. This museum-quality fine art paper is chosen for its exceptional detail, tonal depth, surface quality and archival stability.
Does every artwork include a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. Every limited edition photograph is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity printed on original Hahnemühle A4 certificate paper. The certificate states the artwork title, author and the exact edition number of your print, for example 7/20. Both the photograph and its certificate carry a matching paired hologram, creating a direct physical link between the artwork and its documentation.
Are the photographs signed and numbered?
Yes. Every limited edition print is hand-numbered in the lower-left corner in the format individual number / total edition size, for example 7/20, and hand-signed by Jan Maghreb in the lower-right corner. The same edition number appears on its Certificate of Authenticity, and the artwork and certificate are further linked by a matching pair of holograms.
What does limited edition mean?
Each artwork is released in the limited edition stated on its product page. The edition number on your print and certificate identifies its unique position within that edition, for example 7/20 means print number 7 from a total edition of 20. Once all numbered prints in that edition have been sold, no further prints will be released as part of the same edition.
How long does production take?
Production begins as soon as payment has been received. Please allow approximately 4 working days for professional printing, inspection, signing, numbering, certification and careful preparation for dispatch. Shipping then takes approximately 10 days, depending on the destination.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with available tracking details.
Who produces the prints?
Each artwork is professionally produced as a fine art print on Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta. After printing, I personally inspect every photograph before it is signed, numbered, paired with its Certificate of Authenticity and prepared for dispatch.
What exactly will I receive?
Your order includes the fine art photograph with a 2 cm white border, individually signed and numbered, together with its Hahnemühle A4 Certificate of Authenticity. The photograph and certificate carry matching paired holograms. The artwork is supplied unframed and is securely packaged for international delivery.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on this website.
Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?
Screens vary in brightness and colour calibration. Every artwork is professionally prepared and colour-managed for accurate fine art printing, but small differences between the screen and the physical print are natural.
How should I care for my Fine Art print?
Handle the print only by its edges, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity, and consider framing it behind UV-protective glass. A professional framer can recommend suitable archival mounting materials.
Are customs duties included?
International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges depend on the destination country and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
